All beer purchased from Cellars Wine and Spirits located in Neenah, WI used for an event we are hired to provide service for, will receive special pricing. Contact us for details.

Step 1: Start with a guest package

*All pricing includes 4 hours of service

• 1-50 guests- Contact us for special small group pricing

• 51-100 guests- $1000 base fee

• 101-150 guests- $1250 base fee

• 151+ guests- $1550 base fee

Step 2: Add your drink package

FULL BAR SERVICE

$6.50 Per guest

*Includes: mixers (Sprite, Squirt, Coke, Diet Coke, Tonic Water, Club Soda, Cranberry Juice, Pineapple Juice,) and garnishes (cherries, olives, lemons, limes and oranges)

BEER & WINE SERVICE

$3.00 Per guest

SIGNATURE COCKTAILS

$3.00 Per guest (includes 2 cocktails)

REFRIGERATED TAP TRAILER (DORIS)

$500 per day (Self-Serve)

(Includes 4 taps, lines, Co2, cups, menu, drop off and pickup)
*If unfamiliar with changing kegs, we will walk you through at drop off)

$250 per day for trailer only, no taps. Can be used to refrigerate items for your event

ALL PACKAGES INCLUDE:

• Complimentary travel- within 30 miles of 54113. $2/mile for each additional mile.

• Standard bar supplies- disposable cups and napkins, bar tools, ice and coolers, custom menu sign, string lights, basic décor’

• Licensed and insured bartenders- 1-50 guests- 1 bartender; 51-150- 2 bartenders; 150+ guests- 3-4 bartenders

• Two tap beer system- for service of 2 kegs onboard our blue trailer bar (D- Coupler only)

• Complimentary water station- self-serve water dispenser and cups set up for your guests (Not available for “beer only” service.)
