I’ll be honest, before making these syrups, I was not very familar with Lavender, other than it smells good and people love it. Then, I made our Lavender Syrup, and let me tell you, yum! Does it go well in cocktails? Well sure it does. I’m a personal fan of the Lavender Bee’s Knees. Does that technically call for Lavender Honey syrup? Yes…but I won’t tell if you won’t!
